Filmmakers

John Mott — Writer/Director/Producer

John Mott is a Connecticut-based writer-director and production designer whose design credits span features and television, including The Sessions (Sundance Audience Award winner), FX's The Americans and Netflix's Shadow and Bone. His directing work includes the short film Butterflies (adapted from an Ian McEwan story), episodic television, and a series of Telly Award-winning PSAs. A member of BAFTA and the Television Academy, he makes his feature debut as writer-director with Camera Obscura.

Brian David Cange — Producer

Brian David Cange is a New York-based producer of features, television and documentaries. His producing credits include the Sundance premiere Roxanne Roxanne, Marjorie Prime, Equity and A Call to Spy, and his television work includes HBO's Emmy-winning Hostages and History Channel's Emmy-nominated The World Wars. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America.
